14.9.6. Coverage Parent Company’s net loss for 2020 and the dividend payment in 2021

The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PKN ORLEN S.A. on 27 May 2021 adopted a Resolution to cover the net loss in the amount of PLN 2,355,671,374.21 from the Parent Company reserve capital and taking into account the implementation of a dividend policy, resulting from the adopted by PKN ORLEN Strategy for 2021-2030 decided to dividend payment in the amount of PLN 1,496,981,713.50 (PLN 3.50 per share) from the Company’s reserve capital from the previous year’s profit.
