The above transactions with jointly-controlled entities include mainly sales and purchases of refinery and petrochemicals products and of services.
In 2021 and in 2020 there were no related party transactions in the Group concluded on other than an arm’s length basis.
Additionally, in 2021, based on submitted declarations, there were transactions between entities, in which key positions were held by close relatives with the other key management personnel of the Parent Company and ORLEN Group companies and entities of the ORLEN Group.
In 2021 and as at 31 December 2021, the Group identified the following transactions:
- sale and purchase amounted to PLN 1.3 million and PLN (11.9) million, respectively;
- balance of receivables amounted to PLN 0.1 million;
- balance of liabilities amounted to PLN 3.3 million
The above transactions concerned mainly the purchases and sales of fuels and diesel oil, foil, polyethylene for the production of foil, as well as construction and assembly work.
